What postage should I choose?

This all depends on how quick you wish items to be delivered or how many items you require? 

For example:- to ship 2 x 200ml Elderberry Syrup with packaging requires only a small box, weighing under 1kg.

1 x RoseHip 500ml  & 1 x Elderberry Syrup 200ml with packaging requires a medium box, weighing over 1kg
