Adrenal Fatigue - looking out for the signs and natural remedies to support this....

I’m currently struggling with Adrenal Fatigue and having to take a step back from certain things in my life to support my recovery. Their is many personal reasons as to why I am in this situation ie work life and home life balance. However, one of the main factors is ‘Over Exercising’. I absolutely love going to gym each day. It’s great for my mental health, getting away from home life stresses and more importantly keeping me fit and healthy (so I thought) 🙈 I have now been forced to take a break from gym (or slow down on high impact classes) and do more Pilates, meditation and yoga.

Reset Your Adrenals!
1, Adequate and regular sleep. So many of us are cutting ourselves short of sleep
2, GENTLE EXERCISE. Exercise is restorative and invigorating to the adrenal glands

4, Reduce Stress
5, Get outside for walks
6, Herbal teas
7, Testing by a Herbalist or Kinesiologist

Cutting down calories can have a detrimental effect on hormones and stress the adrenals. We have the opportunity to use natural herbs to heal the body. modern stresses can causes adrenal fatigue and one of them would be Restrictive diets, over exercising (which has caused mine)

Unfortunately, adrenal fatigue is not easy to diagnosed and can’t be detected by a blood test and often treated naturally. 
Doctors recommend balancing protein, healthy fats, and high-quality, nutrient-dense carbohydrates. Increase your vegetable intake to get the necessary amount of vitamins and minerals. Also, include foods high in vitamin C, B vitamins (especially B-5 and B-6), and magnesium.

These are nutrient dense carbohydrates.

I’m now going to balance my work life, Clean Eating, High Impact Classes with much more gentle exercises with a little meditation.
